Bridget was the Realtor® for both the purchase of my current house and sale of my prior house. She was always very prompt in responding to my inquiries and very prepared. She helped me search for a home in Lincoln even though this was some distance from her office. She set up a very structured day to view houses and had the necessary information on all of them. She was present for inspections and made sure the purchase went smoothly. I interviewed several agents regarding the sale of my house and some tried to low ball their estimate of value for a quick sale. Bridget present a well-supported sales price for my home. She also ensured that the appraiser had all the necessary information to appraise the house so he did not just depend on comparable recent sales.
