Almost four years ago my husband and I had decided that we wanted to look at moving to a new home in the foothills. Around the same time, a friend of mine ran into a guy who was a Realtor and she suggested that we call him. I very begrudgingly did, and it was easily one of my better decisions. Kim White is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the area and was more than willing to look at as many homes as I wanted- and there were so many. We would all take an afternoon to drive around the foothills, looking at homes. We got to say that we had the “cool” Realtor that rode a Harley, or held our 1-year-old daughter so we could look at something (he just wanted a reason hold her anyway). A few months into looking at homes things ended up changing drastically for us and what we were looking for changed too. Kim never skipped a beat, we just switched gears and kept right on going.
Kim even talked us out of homes, which I am so thankful for. He saw things that we didn’t and anticipated things that we hadn’t even considered. After many months, and many trips up to the foothills, we ended up finding a home that accommodated our growing family. His experience helped us negotiate the purchase and come to agreements with the sellers in a time that was very much to the sellers advantage.
I am forever thankful that Kim crossed my family’s path. My oldest daughter still enjoys spending time with him, and my husband and I were fortunate enough to have also gained a friend through the process. He is truly a great man to work with. A home is likely the largest asset most people will ever buy or sell and having someone who is honest, reliable, and incredibly experienced is so important!
Thank you for all that you do Kim!
