Jonathan Houting
Jonathan is a realtor with Diez and Sigg Group in Carmichael, California. He is a native of the greater Sacramento area and has deep roots in the community. For decades, Jonathan has had a growing understanding and love for the vast capital city region and uses this knowledge in his real estate business to assist his clients in attaining their needs. His involvement in the area includes attending and working within the local education systems, participating in many of the recreational programs, employment with Sacramento County, and volunteering in community events and projects. Through this richly diverse background, he has become a well-respected and appreciated part of the area.
With a professional background in non-profit work and church leadership, Jonathan translates his pursuit of personal guidance and relational intelligence from his years of pastoral care into assisting and walking people through the various processes of home buying and selling. As a graduate of Jessup University in Rocklin, California, he is equipped in such relevant fields as organizational management and business communication to best serve buyers and sellers towards attaining their biggest dreams. Creating trust through long-term relationships with his clients and making them feel well taken care of are some of his highest goals in the industry. As a part of the Diez and Sigg Group, Jonathan is supported by decades of experience, expertise and success in the real estate industry.
On a personal level, Jonathan has three wonderful children who, between softball, soccer, Boy Scouts, theater and numerous school activities, always keep him on his toes and are the motivation and driving force behind his success. In his free time, he enjoys paddle boarding on our many rivers and lakes, catching a Rivercats game, touring historic homes in the region, practicing his photography skills and playing and recording his own music.
